At CLBOYD, we pride ourselves on fostering a culture of excellence and recognition. It's always a great pleasure to see our employees go above and beyond in their roles. In 2023 we rolled out a new appreciation award program to recognize the Customer Support Team Members that go above and beyond the performance standards to provide excellent customer support. The Customer Support Excellence Award (CSE Award) will be given to two nominated team members each quarter.
We are fortunate to have employees who consistently go above and beyond in their work. Today, we're thrilled to recognize two individuals who have truly stood out.
First, we want to congratulate one of our Field Service Technicians, Lee. Lee has been a key member of our team since January 2018, and has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. He has provided excellent communication to our customers and stayed with them until their machines are back on the job. His attention to detail and quality have made him an invaluable asset to our team.
Second, we want to recognize one of our Shop Service Technicians, Jimmy. Jimmy joined the team in June of 2021 and has since gained an immense amount of knowledge and experience during his time at CLBOYD. Throughout his time here he has continued to deliver high-quality work and is a fantastic team player. His positive attitude and willingness to jump in and do whatever it takes to get the job done has made him a great addition to our team.

We are so grateful to have employees like Lee and Jimmy on our team, and we want to thank them for their commitment to excellence and hard work. We look forward to seeing their continued success in the future. As a way to show our appreciation, the recipients of the 2023 Q1 CSE Award will enjoy a morning of clay shooting at The Cedar Gate followed by lunch and the remainder of the day off work.
