Factory-certified technicians
The goal of our service team is simple: repair your equipment quickly and correctly. That’s why our Service Technicians complete extensive diagnostic and repair training thru John Deere’s Certified Service Technician (CST) training. Deere’s CST has multiple levels. Level 1 provides basic training around the primary systems of our equipment: Powertrain, Electrical, Engines, Hydraulics and Undercarriage. Level 2 provides more advanced training in systems, diagnostics and specific machine families. This training utilizes both internet based computer training and traditional classroom training, where factory instructors and our service personnel interact in a hands-on setting.
Your place or ours?
Boyd’s service team stands ready to repair your equipment where it’s most convenient for you. We’ve expanded our field service truck fleet in order to respond faster and offer you the convenience of having repairs done on site. Our service trucks are equipped with the technology and tools needed to get you running again in the shortest time possible. In some cases, the best option is to repair your equipment in one of our shops. Our service bays are equipped with computer terminals, special tooling and diagnostic equipment, giving our service technicians immediate access to the resources needed to diagnose and repair your equipment in the shortest time possible. And our component rebuild facility has the tooling and clean environment needed to rebuild components without fear of contamination.
